The process
How it works
Getting your visa sorted doesn’t have to be complicated. Three simple steps — and most of the work is ours, not yours.
1. Pick your destination & check requirements
Browse the destination pages on our site. Each page explains the visa options, who needs what, and what documents are typically required. It's the clearest overview you'll find — written for real people, not lawyers.
At this stage you don't need to do anything. Just read, understand your situation, and decide if you want professional help.
2. Book a consultation
Choose a date and time that suits you. The consultation is free and without obligation. You'll talk to a real advisor — not a chatbot, not an automated system.
In the consultation we confirm exactly which document you need based on your passport and travel plans, build your personal document checklist, and explain your timeline realistically.
3. We handle the rest
If you decide to proceed, we prepare your application for you. That means reviewing every document, filling in the forms correctly, and making sure nothing weak or missing triggers a refusal.
We also follow up on your application and keep you informed of any updates. For most people, this is where the stress ends.
Common questions
About our service
Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We discuss your situation, confirm your document, and outline what's needed. If you want our help with the application, we quote you a service fee at that point.
What happens if my application is refused?
We discuss the reasons (which the government must provide) and advise on whether and how to reapply. A refusal is not the end — the right response depends on the specific grounds.
How do you charge?
Our service fee covers guidance and application preparation. Government fees (like the CAD $7 eTA, the ESTA fee, etc.) are paid separately and directly to the government — we never mark these up or collect them.
What languages do you work in?
English, Russian (Русский), Spanish (Español), and Armenian (Հայերեն). If your language isn't listed, ask — we may still be able to help.
